Here is a list of letters of opposition, links to articles, and cited resources to help anyone who desires to learn more about the Horse Heaven wind project and how it is deeply entrenched in grave conservation concerns. The Draft Environmental Impact Statement was released December 15, 2022. The public comment perioed ended Feb. 1. We have posted responses to the DEIS under “Letters to EFSEC”. Of note are the Attorney General’s Counsel on the Environment’s and WA Fish & Wildlife’s letters in response. The adjudication process is underway regarding the conditional use permit.
